SHIPPING
We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fed Ex Home Delivery. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. International orders are shipped primarily by Fed Ex. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
RETURNS
Fabricwrapper.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products for any reason provided the conditions below are met:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition. A refund, minus the shipping costs, will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles.
- All shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. Call fabricwrapper’s customer care at 910-795-9393 or email us at contactus@fabricwrapper.com to report mistakes in your order and we will ship replacement items within 48 hours.
- All items purchased from fabricwrapper.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
