SHIPPING

We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail, which uses boxes made of recycled material. Fed Ex Home Delivery is available upon request. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. International orders are shipped primarily by Fed Ex. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Fabricwrapper.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.   You may return products for any reason provided the conditions below are met:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, condition.  A refund, minus the shipping costs, will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.
• All shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.  Call fabricwrapper’s customer care at 910-795-9393 or e-mail us at contactus@fabricwrapper.com to report mistakes in your order and we will ship replacement items within 48 hours.
• All items purchased from fabricwrapper.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier

How do I place an order?
When you see an item you want to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" and either continue shopping or click "Checkout" to finish. While shopping, any items you have added to your cart can be seen in your "minicart" at the right of your screen.

Will I be charged tax?
If you live in or ship your order to a state where fabricwrapper maintains a physical presence, we are required to charge you local sales tax on your purchase. We currently collect tax for deliveries to North Carolina. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?
Your order begins processing shortly after you submit your order.  We may be able to add or remove items from your order during the processing period.  We are no longer able to modify your order once it is being packed at our Distribution Center.  Please email contactus@fabricwrapper.com as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
We are able to cancel an order immediately following submission and during the processing period. We are no longer able to cancel an order once it has been packed or shipped.

If an item is listed as SOLD OUT, when will it be available?
fabricwrapper's fabrics are all purchased from deisgners in the U.S. Due to fluctuations in the textile industry, fabrics are frequently discontinued to make room for fresh designs. We will re-stock popular designs when we can, but please be aware that this is not always possible. If you see a product you like, please purchase quickly while it is available!

Are fabricwrapper products washable?
fabricwrapper's fabrics are all machine washable. Wash with like colors and tumble dry low.

What are handling charges?
All orders are subject to a small handling charge that constitutes a pass-through of credit card fees.
